Lisa LaBelle, MSC, ACMHC has a master’s degree in counseling, clinical mental health counseling and a bachelors degree in education. Ms. LaBelle’s work focuses on individual and group work, marriage, child, couples, parenting and co-parenting, family therapy, divorce, grief, trauma, domestic violence and abuse, and loss. She practices the following modalities within her professional practice: Play therapy, Gottman’s Couple Therapy, Attachment Based Therapy (ABT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT), and Holistic therapy.
Lisa has been an educator for over 25 years. She is a family, and child advocate, helping those facing challenging life transitions. Lisa is an active member of AMHCA. She is a State Certified Domestic Violence and Abuse Therapist, Lisa is trained in Suicide Prevention and Awareness, and is a Level 1 Certified Gottman’s Couple Therapist. She is an author, and creates, writes, and develops research-based, effective and measurable programs to help individuals, children, adults, and families heal from grief, loss, divorce, abuse, trauma, and loss.
